Rangers are deployed country wide as an extra security measure on 9th and 10th of Moharram-Ul-Haram because of incapable police, it would have been great if one department of justice is made that really deals well with security and implementation of law in the country.

Is two/three or four types of police really makes difference? yes it does, only for the People of Pakistan.

Right now we have regular police, elite police, rangers, ISI, FIA and God know what other hidden departments of implementation of law and order/Intelligence, but the facts speaks for themselves that all these departments are failures. They may deploy 10 of these departments "Law and Order", if someone is going to do an attack, he is most probably going to do it anyways. Then the officials come on TV and speak about how 500 tons of bomb material truck was traveling all around the country and finally hit the target.

Either there is no coordination between these departments or they are not willing to do their duties properly either way they are failure at least for people of Pakistan. They may have other agendas on their mind that seem to be going well but state responsibility of providing justice and law and order is where they have no stake.

They probably don't mind all this as it is the people who sponsor/fund all these departments through taxes, they would not bring any change to their existing system of security unless nation develops consciousness about it.
