There are a lot of people around the world that are better than our political leaders and current government in just about every way.

It seems like we have not yet digested the stupid word "Humanity".

But wait!, when our leaders don't care about nation itself, how can they comprehend the world "humanity"? its one level higher than what their pea sized brain can process.

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has started its IPTV Services "PTCL Smart TV" in Pakistan and so becomes the first company in pakistan to offer these services.

No Doubt about that PTCL is the largest Telecommunications Services provider right now and its always good to hear about some thing new as a consumer.
But with old cable system (copper wires) all around the country, are these services too early to be introduced?

This Giant Telecommunications Services provider PTCL was the first to start cheap broadband rates in pakistan, then after a few months Wateen Wimax rolled out the only true competitor of PTCL.

PTCL launched out its Smart Tv right after its workers finished there strike, the time when too many people thought that now this is enough and looked out for options other than PTCL. By Now PTCL should know that alot of pople depend on internet for there businesses especiallly the fragile and budding IT industry which heavily depends upon outsourcing. The strike of PTCL workers went for weeks and nobody was there to fix line issues and so every one was pretty much fedup with this. Also it is understood that in monson seasons PTCL lines go dead, it happens every year and it seems that PTCL is ok with that but they should keep this in mind that now PTCL cable system is not just used for only basic communications need.

Also the old lineman system does not work pretty well, i had a really bad experience of it. I struggled for almost 2 months to get a new telephone line as the previous one had 3 joints in it. My internet worked fine for almost two weeks then again i started to get the same problem the DSL light starts blinking as the sun goes down. I can't understand the logic, does PTCL need sunlight to provide problem free broadband service.

It seems like all PTCL curruntly focusing on providing more services with out keeping in mind its capacity and capability. Right now PTCL is asking consumers to try "Smart tv" for free, when i think they should be focusing on the repute of PTCL and Customer satisfaction.
