| PTCL a mess as always |

If you have ever been a PTCL user, you would have the idea how annoying some times PTCL can get. From buzzing noise in the phone line to the upgradation of DSL package, every single level of PTCL is wraped up in a package with a red ribbon on it "Welcome to PTCL a.k.a THE MESS". There is always a problem in communicating with the personnel at PTCL, it seems like from Descion makers down to the implimentors are all the same, people are woeing for support and good service, but PTCL seems careless. (someone consider them sueing?) PTCL announced on 23rd March that they are going to double their DSL speeds, but did they really? the answer is NO!, for most of the users out there (the wise ones, who keep ringing them, finally got it doubled) it may be true but there are still as many as atleast 30% DSL users left with no doubled speeds. If you call PTCL support staff they say that we are transferring your call to our Senior but they never do, this is probably thier strategy these days, you keep your phone holding up for hour and guess what, no reply. If you the one with some PTCL isses/problems the best way is to meet Manager of that department personally in exchange. For example if you got a DSL problem, go meet with DSL exachange Manager, get his cell phone number, instead of ringing the support staff, keep ringing him, it will probably end end up your problems or you will get a straight farward answer. |
