There are a lot of people around the world that are better than our political leaders and current government in just about every way.

It seems like we have not yet digested the stupid word "Humanity".

But wait!, when our leaders don't care about nation itself, how can they comprehend the world "humanity"? its one level higher than what their pea sized brain can process.

Windows 7

Windows 7 is coming 2009 fall, but would it be a smart move to jump to it leaving trusty XP sp3 or Vista sp2?. Some vendors (Dell, Hp) want us to shift to Vista right now while other wants us to buy future DX 11 hardware which is one of candies Windows 7 is going to come with. Just like vista, the more people jumped shifting to it the more pain they felt, i think in the technology world, no matter its hardware or software the first consumers who get it are really "Lab Rats". They are the people who are experimented on and later improvements are made on the products based on the painful cries of early customers.

So the question arises, "Are we going to be the first buyers of Windows 7?"

“The semantic web is an extension of the current web that allows to find, share and combine information more easily”

Eric Miller – Lead W3C Semantic Web Activity

Our current representation of data over the web is unconstrained, ambiguous and not ready for machine processing. Semantic web allows us to add metadata in a more formalized way that makes it easier for machines to process our information. The semantic web is a vision of information that is understandable by computers, so that they can perform more of the tedious work involved in finding, sharing, and combining information on the web. It’s a concept by Tim Berners-Lee (founder of WWW), he describes semantic web as component of Web 3.0.

web 2.0Web 2.0 refers to the second generation of websites or the web design itself. A Web 2.0 web has characteristics includes information sharing, interoperability, user-friendly design and collaboration. Examples of Web 2.0 sites include social-networking sites, wikis, blogs etc. Web 2.0 is not some kind of technical specification it’s rather concerned with how websites or web applications are developed and used by the end user.

Web 2.0 basically includes the web applications that can do more than just retrieve information over the web; they can give user a number of features over the web which in the past was only available as desktop applications.

“The characteristics of Web 2.0 are: rich user experience, user participation, dynamic content, metadata, web standards and scalability. Further characteristics, such as openness, freedom and collective intelligence by way of user participation, can also be viewed as essential attributes of Web 2.0.“

Pakistan finally turned 62, nations get better and more resourceful by the time but somehow we were unable to achieve that in 62 years, its a lot of time, its probably sometimes because of our famous ruling parties, while sometimes by every day people. Anyhow, you wont be able to see such a bleak independence day wish on any other place except there. Its the time that we should wake up, stop playing with words & pretending and realize at the point where today's Pakistan stands, no electricity, no good justice for the normal man, a bulk of taxes on everyone on every single step but no payback of those taxes on us in the form of services provided by Government. In short we should limit ourselves from the pretty talk about ourselves (that we complete in ourselves :P), rather we should keep evolving as the time pass by towards the perfection. This image at the left speak million word, this hoarding at Patarya Murree is there for a reason and we all know what that reason is.

We would like to wish every Pakistani around the world 62th birthday of Pakistan, may we see unlimited of those. I would like you to leave with this picture.

"OUR BEAUTIFUL PAKISTAN"

Edit: Just ignore few typing mistakes here and there.

Democracy is probably the most widely used system for governing people around the world. But is it really what we the Pakistani's need it? We all know that democratic system is what divides people in different classes, it obviously not mean to help all the people, everyone has their hidden agenda's in a democratic system, leaders, ministers and everyone that is in ruling position. Some people want to be the most powerful in the country while others to be the most richest, with all possible means available to them.
