There are a lot of people around the world that are better than our political leaders and current government in just about every way.

It seems like we have not yet digested the stupid word "Humanity".

But wait!, when our leaders don't care about nation itself, how can they comprehend the world "humanity"? its one level higher than what their pea sized brain can process.

PTCL a mess as always

If you have ever been a PTCL user, you would have the idea how annoying some times PTCL can get. From buzzing noise in the phone line to the upgradation of DSL package, every single level of PTCL is wraped up in a package with a red ribbon on it "Welcome to PTCL a.k.a THE MESS".

There is always a problem in communicating with the personnel at PTCL, it seems like from Descion makers down to the implimentors are all the same, people are woeing for support and good service, but PTCL seems careless. (someone consider them sueing?)

Update: alterIWnet re-routes MW2 multiplayer to their servers from IWNET, allowing pirates to play Modern Warfare 2 without the fears of getting banned from STEAM or IWNET.

Sms, Email, Websites New Law

"ISLAMABAD: The government announced on Sunday that sending indecent, provocative and ill-motivated stories and text messages through e-mails and mobile telephone Short Messaging Service (SMS) was an offence under the Cyber Crime Act (CCA) and its violators could be sent behind bars for 14 years. An official announcement by the interior ministry said that the government was launching a campaign against circulation of what it called ill-motivated and concocted stories through emails and text messages against civilian leadership and security forces. The announcement does not elaborate what is meant by ill-motivated e-messages, but it is believed that the civilian leadership meant President Asif Ali Zardari,      Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani, Interior Minister Rehman Malik and other politicians. A senior official of the ministry said: Sending indecent message is a crime under the Cyber Crime Act and liable to punishment. He said that some elements had been trying to malign the political leadership and security forces engaged in a military operation in Malakand and some areas in Fata. The government has tasked the Federal Investigation Agency s Cyber Crime Cell to block or trace such emails and mobile telephones SMS. Under the Cyber Crime Act, violators could be jailed for 14 years, besides confiscation of their property. Similarly, any Pakistani living abroad and violating provisions of the act may be charged and will be liable to deportation to Pakistan. Under the campaign, all Internet Service Providers would be checked physically by the FIA on a daily basis.  The directive said the campaign would also target proscribed organisations which had been using internet for malicious propaganda against security forces. The Director General of FIA, Mr Tariq Khosa, has been instructed to monitor and check stories and messages and take necessary action under the CCA. An FIA official said that strict action would be taken against all culprits in the next few days and the agency had already done a lot of work in this regard. Interpol/Lyon has also been requested to identify those email addresses and websites registered abroad which are being used for such stories, the official said."

First off this means that we don't have any privacy while using any cellar services, does not matters what service you have Zong, Warid, Jazz or Whatever (yeah, everyone is literally in category of "whatever"), all your messages are being read and traced. Secondly, if we are not even allowed to express ourselves on the internet then again its sad, our government should try to respect the nation, do its jobs within their boundaries and try not to suppress other people while they are in power, if they do all wrong and expect others to text/email/blog sun shines and teddy bears, its not going to happen. Our nation's taxes can be well utilized on other projects (electricity, poverty, developmental projects) than tracing down people who are talking/commenting about government's work, which is a project itself that will last forever. Finally we can say that Pakistan is not a free state, we can't say whatever we want (which means, no more fun facts about Pakistani politicians, probably not on local web sites), even if we own a cell phone, a connection or a website, its like saying "You may own these but you got to use them my way", well, really?

Pakistan President House

Pakistan President House Does this seems familiar? no?, this is the same President house that you see on tv channels (same sofas even, i bet they are imported), this is where the president is supposed to do official work but this doesn't really seems like some official work in action?

Wedding is taking place in President's house, with 100s of lights, when Pakistan is suffering from 12-18 hours of electricity cut, water is becoming harder to get, people are getting killed everywhere (north or south you name it!), no law and order anywhere in the country, open corruption in Governmental institutions and people eating grass (all this when you are a nuke nation, just unbelievable and sometimes hillarious).

This president's house is maintained and is property of Pakistani People, it runs from the taxes Pakistani people pay (poor pay more, rich pay less), or when we buy something, even when we make a phone call, we give money to government on every step we take. But its obvious from the actions of current Pakistani leaders that they are not concerned much about these matters (oh yeah, Sarah Palin comes first for PPP). The PPP leaders have set new standards in cheating nation, they won elections by saying they will bring law and order in Pakistan & helping the poor (helping poor to die), where does all these words go? Is there someone to remind their words they said before elections?, as far as credibility of PPP workers goes its either 0% or below, the best thing Benazir Bhutto did before getting murdered was saying these words, “We will bring justice in Pakistan & provide bread, cloth and home to Pakistani’s”, good enough to continuously haunt PPP leaders, but they know how to deal with former murdered leader words, just completely deny them.

While we suffer from all kinds of problems, Pakistan’s President and Prime minister enjoys wedding parties in an official place funded by Pakistani people. They still are not getting it, they still want more parties without spending a penny out of their $160M Swiss bank balance once they looted from Pakistani People in 1996 and got booted out of country. Now they are saying everyone to put their money in Pakistani Banks, what a shame when you say this when you yourself don’t have courage to put your money in the same Banks (Don’t put your money in Pakistani Banks they can freeze your accounts or worse, don’t forget its same PPP from 1996 that made Pakistan 3rd most corrupt nation in the world in the same year).

Click Read more for more Pictures from President house a.k.a Shaadi hall (Wedding Hall).

Pictures Taken from Wccftech -> Forums -> User: Dare2Dream, we don't like to do PPP stuff, Re-naming so that it looks like their property. (Islamabad International Airport was renamed Benazir Airport).

We are heading for what we are not planning for

Our politiciansConcerned leaders bring success and prosperity to nations, unfortunately our Pakistan is severely at drought producing good leaders, leaders that take interest about current national problems and future of nation. There are few characteristics that you will find common in nations that have leadership problems equivalent to our, which include corruption, money mis-mangement, no or little law and order.

I was unable to find a picture better than this one in my archives which explains Pakistan's current situation and conclusion (see final episode: you will not regret that you saw final episode first on Pakistan Blues ).
