"ISLAMABAD: The government announced on Sunday that sending indecent, provocative and ill-motivated stories and text messages through e-mails and mobile telephone Short Messaging Service (SMS) was an offence under the Cyber Crime Act (CCA) and its violators could be sent behind bars for 14 years. An official announcement by the interior ministry said that the government was launching a campaign against circulation of what it called ill-motivated and concocted stories through emails and text messages against civilian leadership and security forces. The announcement does not elaborate what is meant by ill-motivated e-messages, but it is believed that the civilian leadership meant President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani, Interior Minister Rehman Malik and other politicians. A senior official of the ministry said: Sending indecent message is a crime under the Cyber Crime Act and liable to punishment. He said that some elements had been trying to malign the political leadership and security forces engaged in a military operation in Malakand and some areas in Fata. The government has tasked the Federal Investigation Agency s Cyber Crime Cell to block or trace such emails and mobile telephones SMS. Under the Cyber Crime Act, violators could be jailed for 14 years, besides confiscation of their property. Similarly, any Pakistani living abroad and violating provisions of the act may be charged and will be liable to deportation to Pakistan. Under the campaign, all Internet Service Providers would be checked physically by the FIA on a daily basis. The directive said the campaign would also target proscribed organisations which had been using internet for malicious propaganda against security forces. The Director General of FIA, Mr Tariq Khosa, has been instructed to monitor and check stories and messages and take necessary action under the CCA. An FIA official said that strict action would be taken against all culprits in the next few days and the agency had already done a lot of work in this regard. Interpol/Lyon has also been requested to identify those email addresses and websites registered abroad which are being used for such stories, the official said." Courtesy of Kalpoint First off this means that we don't have any privacy while using any cellar services, not matter you have Zong, Warid, Jazz or Whatever, all your messages are being read and traced. Secondly, if we are not even allowed to express ourselves on the internet then again its sad and our government should revise their plans for the good of nation, our nation's taxes can be well utilized on other projects (electricity, poverty, developmental projects) than tracing down people who are talking/commenting about government's work, which is a project itself that will last forever. Finally we can say Pakistan is not a free state, we can't say whatever we want (which means, no more fun facts about Pakistani politicians, probably not on local sites), even if we own a cell phone, a connection or a website, its like saying "You can have these but you got to use them my way". |

Concerned leaders bring success and prosperity to nations, unfortunately our Pakistan is severely at drought producing good leaders, leaders that take interest about current national problems and future of nation. There are few characteristics that you will find common in nations that have leadership problems equivalent to our, which include corruption, money mis-mangement, no or little law and order.
I was unable to find a picture better than this one in my archives which explains Pakistan's current situation and conclusion (see final episode:) if all this mess continues, so you have to bear it and live with it |

Pakistan's conditions are getting worse each day, every one knows it, everyone know whose planing it, everyone one knows what these conditions will lead to in coming days but most of us are in state of denial. Denying the facts, but denying facts will obviously lead to no good. Pakistan has no advantage or interest in the war on terror anyway, in the past the war was funded by the U.S, but now Pakistan has to invest money into the war to continue it and follow what U.S says. What our Pakistan leaders don't realize is the fact that Pakistan is developing nation and we don't have gazillion of dollars to sponsor a war. We want our leaders to realize the facts, the money they carry in their pockets & bank accounts is the money paid by the poor (obviously its the poor who pay all the taxes). Its gets even more annoying and somewhat funny in a sense that we pay taxes to such people that don't want to use our money on anything useful. |

As we all know right now that current Pakistan or the Pakistan that we have been living in till now was not supposed & planned to be governed that way. The plan was much simpler and obvious, the people who made things complicated and disputed were not anglels, satans or any heavenly people(ya, people!), they were our leaders. One may question whether they belong to humans or not? and the answer is... Lets have a look this definition of human (According to Princeton.edu, NJ):
"Having human form or attributes as opposed to those of animals or divine beings; "human beings"; "the human body"; "human kindness"; "human frailty"
